Great customer service! They are quick to respond and ensure multiple people can help you if you don't talk to the same person twice. They proactively think of solving problems you didn't even realize you had, and they confirm it all in writing. Happy to recommend this service to others as they make my life with a nanny on payroll so easy!
HomePay has been great to work with/get help from -- responsive to my (various) queries over the years, friendly in those interactions, and generally good to have on our side of the net while we figure out how to keep all the balls bouncing in the right direction. (And, in the case of babysitters, how to get all the forms, and payments, in the right place at the right time.)
I wish they had existed earlier in our child-rearing days. They clearly understand the needs of working parents, and we have really appreciated that.

I've just finished several years of being a HomePay client (my kids have graduated from babysitters), and I'm a plenty-happy customer.
Recently a former employee of my mother filed an unjustified unemployment claim against my mother. The notice was sent by the state to HomePay. I am in charge of my Mom's affairs and wrote a letter challenging the charges. The state unemployment office responded to my letter with notice that was not clear. A HomePay employee spent a half hour on the phone with me contacting the office and helped to clarify the notice, which said the charges were removed.. This was a HUGE help. The HomePay employee knew what to do and if I had tried to do this myself it would have been a much more difficult process. The staff in general is also very resposive and helpful whenever I have a question. They are a great organization!!
