Paid for an hour of bowling after being told our hour starts when we got there, but then told 40 minutes later that our hour was up. Then waited an additional 45 minutes for our check to be processed & had multiple issues with it. Food & drinks were great, but service left something to be desired. :(
It was a lot of fun but the bowling alley had not oiled the lanes in a long time. Just a personal preference though, otherwise a great time!
When I called in advance, and told them I was bringing a modest group of co-workers for a social event, they were more than happy to tell us about their policies and how to reserve lanes on-line. Great drinks, great food, and decent free bowling. I would definitely return.
Very unique atmosphere with great potential, if only the staff was up to par. Our waiter was nice but the hosts were not so helpful considering it was our first time there. With a little better customer service this place could be great!
We made a reservation for a large group of out of towners. We specifically went there to ride the bull and play games. However, no one was working to man the bull on a Saturday night, and the game room was closed for a private party. Additionally, we ordered a double gin and tonic that came out to be $17 because the server assumed we wanted a high quality gin without asking. Some people in my group did not get their food, which isn’t super rare for a big group, but the server didn’t even apologize for it. The food was just ok. We all drove out of our way to this place, and it definitely was not worth it at all. I do not recommend.
