I love that the church is not huge and a person doesn't get lost in the crowd. It is a very friendly church and casual atmosphere. Very comfortable, but the real Word is heard hear from the pulpit. Great coffee too!!
One Chapel is a church that stands for community and relationships. Pastor Ross leads the church well in his ability to teach Scripture and help every individual to grow on his or her own spiritual journey, all while remaining humble and relatable. While I've grown so much in my faith since joining, I've also made lifelong friends who encourage and support each other. That is what this church is about-- standing with each other through every season of life, and equipping each other to live more like Christ daily. All in all, the church does all of this with much integrity... And with much laughter! The atmosphere is easy going and relaxed, and even if you haven't been to a church in a long time, or never, the people here are incredibly warm and welcoming. Pastor Ross' jokes aren't bad, either. (Except the "cats are from the devil" ones, I tend to take those personally.) ;)

I LOVE this church. We started attending in January 2017 and joined in May 2017. The pastor is genuine and the music is wonderful. Pastor Ross speaks from the Bible and is honest about what it has to say. That is why we made OneChapel our home. We wanted someone who preached the Word. He is not afraid to speak on topics that we need to hear and he has such a heart for people.
Bottom line, if you are looking for a low-pressure, welcoming, fun church that will help you grow both spiritually and within a loving community, you've found your place.
OneChapel Austin, in Kyle and at Lake Travis is one of the best places in Austin to meet and fellowship with believers who worship and serve the Lord Jesus. Further, if you don't like community that holds you accountable to the disciplines of faith in Christ, this fellowship might not be good for you. Otherwise; this is an excellent place to join hands with others who are sincerely serving the Lord.
