Zero stars if I could.. Supervisor Brandy told me to calm down when I explained to her that I purchased a pair of pants at la Cantera mall and they left the sensor on. I showed her the bank statement and showed her that and gave her the date and card number I used, just don't have my receipt. She apparently called la canterra and they apparently don't have it on file, which doesn't make any sense.. at all. Waiting on hold to speak to customer care. Fully documenting this whole interaction and definitely won't be purchasing anything from h & m ever again. I paid $33.56 for their mistake and they refuse to fix it even with proof that I bought it from my bank statement and the price of what I bought.
My wife loves shopping here. They have good collection at reasonable prices.
Staff in upstairs men's dressing room were unprofessional and rude. They were talking very loudly to each other and didn't come across as approachable and I heard one guy call his female co-worker "a hooker". Might have been joking but it was still tacky. I have no plans to go back...
Where do I start? I was at the Domain just to shop a little relax on my one day off. I saw the H&M store walking out of Macy’s, which was exciting because I love shopping there and I’ve only seen one in College Station. I was going to go home and look for a dress online at some of my favorite websites, but since there was an H&M right in front of me I thought I could probably find one there and be done and walk out with one vs ordering. WRONGGGG. The first one I went to try on, the zipper was torn clean off. Only half of it remained, not even where you could just buy it and have it fixed. I was able to find another in the same size (or so I thought) I went to try it on, and notice I can’t even get it over my head. I look at the price tag, and it said 14 (I’m normally a 12) so I’m sitting there confused and check the fabric tag, it’s a 6, it was just misstagged. So I go to the register to possibly order it from store and they inform me that they don’t do that. I just lwalked out because I’m not going to pay shipping for a shortcoming on their part TWICE. This was my first experience with H&M at the Domain, and will definitely be my last. I’ll stick to my regular College Station store where the store is organized, the merchandise is usable and just not thrown on the sales floor in any condition.
One of the employees was absolutely rude. I was with my friend and we went into a dressing room so she can try on some clothes. My friend needs my opinion whenever we go somewhere on how the clothes look and fit. So, I went into the fitting room with my friend. The employee told us we couldn't go in together. I didn't know she was talking to us at first, but then another time she repeated herself. I got frustrated about how rude she was to the both of us. We are not children and I'd appreciate if they wouldn't treat us like that. It might be awhile before I come back.
