Reading the other reviews I do not know where all this hate for Ramone came from. I went in there and he was super helpful and very kind, made my whole shopping there great. Had some pants ordered for me and made sure I had the best deal possible there. I would gladly shop there and have Ramone help me next time I need anything. Easy 5 stars.
Had a very bad experience with Ramon the manager. Just FYI if you aren't ready to purchase that same day or if you are undecided he is not your man. Don't waste your time by going to this fake "friendly" place. I've been here a few times and Sergio has always helped me, he was awesome! Anyway, it's better to go somewhere else completely. It's a shame Ramon calls himself the manager. He was unprofessional, condescending and we left with a very bad feeling about MW. Please go somewhere else for better customer service.
We had a terrible experience with Men's Wearhouse and I would not recommend to anyone. We used Men's Wearhouse for our wedding and with a total of 6 tuxes ordered not a single one was right. You pick your tux up the day before the wedding, well with not a single one right and your wedding the next day things become quite stressful. We had to go the day of our wedding and still not everything was right. One person didn't have a tie at all. Extremely disappointed and will never go back.
Ramone in the tuxedo department is the man!! Went in there a few weeks before my wedding and he immediately found me the 2 best suits I could have ever imagined. Without even fitting me he was able to pick some suits off the wall just by look and they were perfect! He is such a cool guy and a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Ramone.
Excellent Service! This is my favorite suit store. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I've been there 4 times in the last 6 months and even though I've been helped by a different person every time, it's always been a great experience.
