Terrible experience , one of the employees stole my brothers chain after he walked out of the dressing room (he took it off to try on clothes) and the manager (chelsea ) told him nobody went in the dressing room after him but one of the employees! And when we came back in the store they told us all they found was his cross not the actual chain , they didn't want to run the cameras back for us to see who went in the dressing room to find the chain ! They were rude the whole time telling my brother nobody in the store wears gold chains and it didn't seem that expensive and for him to call APD to get the cameras ran back because they weren't doing it. So I'm very unhappy with this location and their customer service- we know they aren't responsible for customers belongings left behind but why the rude comments and giving a hard time running cameras back to see who walked out with it?
The manager had no knowledge about a product which happens to be located at the register in every single one of their stores.
The request was denied by the manager Who implied zumiez would rather have the bad publicity instead of having a presence at a local event.
I Asked for some plastic bags to place action sports prize winnings due to be given away at a not for profit small time freestyle action sports competition.
We love the clothes here! As a family of four we can all find something all the time that's unique.
The employees are very nice, respectful and helpful and the clothing selection is nice as well as the skateboard collection. But, near the skateboard racks are sometimes razor blades which I assume they either forget about them or don't bother picking them up. Just be careful to not get cut occasionally.
Rudest cashier experience here. Will not return again.
