It's nice going to this store. Decent prices for nice things. Food. Snacks. Drinks. Supplies. Give it a try.
It's sad that this is the closest grocery store in the area, if you ever go there look under the produce shelves. Mold, gritty and rust, which then goes into your produce. Also, look under the milk, also rust stains.
I had the displeasure of actually working for this establishment. I was shocked by how poorly maintained the store, how produce was unkept and the lack of variety in brands from cereals to feminine hygiene products. There was old food kept at the registers that were rarely dusted. There was no type security to prevent children from abusing the scooter for the disabled and produce that they used as athletic equipment. And to top it off the manager of all people accused a black gentleman who had a city trends bag of stealing, ridiculed, emasculated and humiliated this poor man in front of 3 registers full of customers!!! He was forced to empty his bag and when it was revealed that he was innocent, the manager didnt offer an apology & kicked him out. I was embarrassed to be employed by this establishment.
They didnt have italian sausage or skim milk. I honestly couldn't imagine a grocery that didn't have one of those, not to mention both. Good otherwise. But still wtf
Small no frills neighborhood market. Not much high end selection, decent produce prices. Expect to pay a little more for some name brands, but good deals to be found every visit.
