Awesome gym with a small community atmosphere. Noah and Anna provide top-notch instruction and coaching for all skill levels. I've spent time at 4 other crossfit gyms, and I've never progressed as steadily as I have at Lumos. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's definitely worth a try!
Dropped in while visiting Austin. Great space, fun environment and good people! I liked the way class was structured, a little more social than some gyms I've visited. Coach Noah knows his stuff and pays attention - - got some good performance tips mid-WOD!

Lumos is the most well-informed and instructive CrossFit box in Austin. After trying out over 6 other affiliates in the area, Lumos stands out as a shining example of exemplary coaching. Every lift and every workout is informed and explained so members move safely and efficiently. This can not be said about many other boxes.
I dropped in to Crossfit Lumos while visiting Austin and cannot recommend it highly enough! The space is really nice, clean and well organized. Coach Noah was warm and welcoming. I liked that we started out with intros, a question of the day and a warmup tailored to the workout. We did Whitman and Coach Noah gave helpful cues and encouragement throughout the workout. I will be dropping in again the next time I'm here!
Best box in Austin! I dropped in since I was in town for the weekend and got in 2 great WODs! Coach Noah really knows his stuff and the gym itself is gorgeous! Love the colors, the music and all the good vibes! Well done, Lumos!
