I usually get a Keratin treatment once/ year to straighten my crazy wavy hair. Colleen Elias does a great job and often does my color just before, all in one visit. Colleen is a master at straightening and has been trained professionally for Brazilian Blow Out too. It's safe to do and my hair looks fantastic and healthy. I have been going to Colleen for my hair ever since she opened Elan and now at Amaz. If you are looking to switch stylists, Colleen is very approachable, listens to you, and is very reasonable price-wise. She is easy to book on Tuesday and Wednesdays. Plus, she is fun to talk to. I've been seeing Rachel for a year now and have never loved my color more or gotten more compliments! I hope I never have to trust my balayage to anyone else. Rachel is always prompt, I never have to wait past my appointment time, and she is a pleasure to spend a few hours with! All the staff I've interacted with are just as great. The salon is cute and welcoming and easy to get to.
Horrible place! My hair is falling out and it looks exactly the same in the before and after. Saw coupon on Groupon for $135 For full balayage, hair cut, and blow out. They charged me an extra $60 & told me they couldn't do a balayage on my hair even though my hair was a light blonde! She stripped my hair and dyed it again and I left with the exact same hair but now it's falling out!!
