Please note that this is not a spam review, but an honest and candid account of my experience with Alex Hernandez. Beware of this attorney. He is the type of attorney who values quantity of clients over the quality of his service. He will not make time for your case and once you're so unhappy with his lack of attention that you hire another attorney, he will still demand A THIRD of your settlement, even though he doesn't deserve a penny more than what he spent on your case (which will be a laughable amount). While this may be common for attorneys who operate on contingent fee agreements, I would not be surprised if he actually makes more off of unhappy clients' cases than the ones he works himself. I am so upset at myself for believing in this guy and I regret choosing him to represent me after I was rear-ended. I am still suffering after the accident and he doesn't care whatsoever; he doesn't even have the connections to get me to a medical doctor for pain management. So disappointed. The other reviews on here must be from acquaintances and colleagues because Alex Hernandez is the epitome of a stereotypical attorney who will view you as a number rather than a human being. I'm hoping that this review will shed some light on the truth and save others from making the same mistake I did.
By far one of the most talented and hard working attorneys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would most certainly recommend using him to friends and family!
