Rachel was sympathetic, professional and fought hard for my wife and I after our accident. Lorenz and Lorenz is a lousy law firm. I had my accident almost one year ago and I wish I had picked any other firm. These guys are inept to say the least. I called my second attorney they put on my case a week ago and still haven't heard from him. I'm waiting in limbo with an injured shoulder. Don't make the same mistake I did. They act like they care until you sign their contact. Then they're ghosts.
