Didn’t stay to eat. Walked in and place smelled and looked dirty. Gatti’s is my favorite pizza and this place didn’t even smell like pizza when you walked in. Was extremely disappointed and walked out to go eat elsewhere.
Service here sucks. I asked for fresh food when I got there. Everything looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. We had to wait for fresh pizzas like 25mins. Kids wanted spaghetti I asked for fresh sauce.... Sauce was never made but they put spaghetti noddles out. The place was a big mess and disgusting looking. All the tables were dirty. When we walked in there was not many people there. I finally complained and manager was nice enough to give me my money back. He said sauce was on the way.... They never made any sauce... How can you have spaghetti with no sauce!!!!
Got the lunch buffet. $20 for two. Was the worst pizza buffet ever. Two pineapple and jalapeno pizzas? Seriously who eats that? The salad dressing was mislabeled and the one other pizza they had out was old. Go somewhere else. Like a hobo camp with a warm fire and smores.
Pizza is good. Service needs improvement. Will leave on hold until you give up and hang up. At times when I wait for a pick up order I see the phone ringing and no one jumps to answer. Am on hold right now as I am typing them to let them know that they didn't cut my pizza, but it seems like they won't answer soon. Gattis on Riverside had a better staff a couple of years ago and would jump to anything real quick. Needs A LOT of improvement. Have been on hold for 10+ minutes.
This location has routinely horrendous service, is slow, consistently fails to ever deliver the correct order in any way shape or form nor do they poses the ability to produce pizza in a a time frame resembling anything close to a timely fashion. I’ve loved Gattis a long time and this place with repeated chances has ruined any remanent fondness.
