Edit: Pizza showed up more than two hours after I ordered it. It was cold and terrible.
Ordered a pizza for delivery over the phone. The woman taking the order struggled to take my information correctly. She said the wait would be 45 minutes to one hour. I said ok. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called to see if my pizza was coming. She said it already left and should be here in maybe ten minutes. Two hours after I placed my order I still have received nothing.
Never again. Ordered a medium deep dish 3 topping on a Friday night. Guy on the phone sounded stoned. Had to repeat my address 5 times. Was told to expect delivery within half an hour. Delivery guy showed up almost two and a half hours later with a less than 12inch, definitely not deep dish pizza, with only two of the toppings I ordered. AND the delivery guy had NO CHANGE... When I stated on the phone that I'd be paying in cash. Unacceptable.... And I love pizza.
I recommend this place. They have great service and take really good care of you. You get a lot more than you expect but that's good because the food was DELICIOUS. Happy to come back.
I love this place! This place has fast service and excellent food for a great price. I come here multiple times a week. I’m definitely a frequent visitor, and they definitely have the best pizza in Austin in my opinion. Longhorn Pizza & Grill is the place to try out.
Best pizza around! Great prices and great tasting food. The workers are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend the fried okra!
