My husband and I live 10 mins from Shu Shu's and it's our favorite restaurant! When we saw on their website that they did bulk orders, we decided that this is what we wanted to serve our guests at our wedding.
Would I return to Shu Shu’s? Yep!
I really wanted to enjoy this place but I couldn't. I will agree with many others that the food is definitely cheap and you get quite a good serving size. --2.25 stars
Best American-style Chinese food I've ever had. Shu Shu's serves the same fare as every other Chinese food place you've tried, except everything is made from scratch (rather than fried frozen foods) and incredibly delicious—in fact, Shu Shu's is so good that it has ruined Chinese food from other restaurants for me. They are super fast for pickup and delivery, and options are available for vegetarian or gluten free diets.
My opinion may be unpopular but I've got to say it. It was a disappointment to eat this with my family after seeing such high ratings. The price is fine. The food quantity is great. The quality is what killed it for me. I was so impressed with my giant bowl of fried rice until I tasted it. It was extremely bland and did not make me want more. After eating about half of my food, I couldn't continue. I may be overly critical of this place due to my experiences with really good Chinese food.
I think our favorite meal is the lettuce wraps as an appetizer & general tso's with fried rice (that's our typical Saturday/Sunday night); but for the wedding, we went all out, even ordering items that would cater to our Vegan friends. We appreciate the service, the food is delicious, and we will be patrons of your business so long as you're there.

This place is very good, the food hits the spot for the Americanized Chinese flavor we love, the service is very friendly and the tables were clean. The fried rice was not dripping in oil, which was the first sign that it was going to taste good. The servings are very generous as well and the price was fair. The best part was that a couple days later of being in my fridge, the chicken and rice still tasted great and not like old plastic as is common with shopping plaza Chinese food. So there it is, my 4-Star rating of “very good.”
Bottom line: if you're looking for authentic Chinese food, you're not gonna find it here.
Delicious combination of foods with a nice presentation. My favorite brown rice. I enjoy the larger portion size, affordable cost (think Panda Express price), and absolutely delicious food. Seriously... It surprised me how delicious the food was.
We worked with the manager, Derick, on placing a bulk order of a huge variety, to which he had delivered to our venue in warming trays. He also delivered the utensils, napkins, sauces, and tons of fortune cookies!
