I go up to car and he is taking a video of some women (I think she was a women) that is walking in front in a sexy out fit ( not showing anything) so I go to ask ? and he says “oh god” in a tone like why am I bothering him and he looked at me and say “what” like I’m drunk and going to irritate him. He stopped video taping for 2 secs and asked me to give him 5 min and went back to video taping
So I’m at a ihop I see a constable setting in his car I thought I would ask him a ?
