Very satisfied. Dave is responsive and responsible, unlike many of the spa repair guys I've dealt with in the past. He does what he says, responds quickly to email and voice messages, and fixed my spa quickly when it died. I will use him again and recommend him over any of the other Austin Spa repair companies I've dealt with.

I have a 300 gallon hot tub that I use on a daily basis. I have had only him working on it for 25 years. I have been completely satisfied with his work. By the way, he does all the work himself, no employees. He has seen and done it all in regards to working on hot tubs. Sometimes we just don't like the answer. He is honest to a fault.
Dave has worked on our Coleman Cooperative hot tub for several years (it is 17 years old). He is punctual and his services and parts are reasonably priced. Reliable, courteous service.
We verified over the phone w/ Mr. Spa the brand and model of our hot tub but when he came out to look to give an estimate, he simply said he didn't want to take the job. He offered no explanation other than he just didn't want to do it. What a waste of our time! We were trying to get our hot tub fixed by a specific day as we were having a party, and since we scheduled an appointment w/ Mr. Spa, we didn't schedule an appointment with any other repair companies. After he refused the job (for some unknown reason...that sounded like laziness), we could not get another company to come out on short notice to fix ours before the party. Very disappointed at Mr. Spa's lack of professionalism! Lakeway deserves a more reliable repairman.
I called Mr. Spa to come out and see why my hot tub wasn't heating. He made no mention of a $95 fee to come out and look. Today, 2 weeks later, he shows up to my house with an invoice for $95 since we hadn't followed through with the repairs. I told him he needed to notify customers of this charge before, not after, the fact. On top of that he was very friendly. We have decided to take our spa repair needs elsewhere and I would advise you to do the same.
