I needed help with a question since the machine for the IRS takes 1+ hr to speak to representative, so I call here thinking I could get some relief over the phone but nope. I have to call a DIFFERENT # to contact their office to setup an appt but I live 3 hrs away like cmon man! I need help! I had to put one star in order to write a review but it doesn't deserve it. How the hell are we supposed to get help if they aren't willing to meet us halfway with a simple task of having a representative over the phone!!
Oneday I got a transcript in 20 seconds(no appointment)
This place is just straight up awful I came in early for my appointment 1:20 and the clerk told me I have to come back at 1:30 to collect my number I come in at 1:30 and still am unable to get a number. I have work and don't have time. There supposedly are only 1 person working right now plus there is no air conditioner this is just unacceptable. So pathetic wish I could give negative stars.
The staff member was very helpful and patient. Though she took more time, she was able to resolve my issue.
This place is hilarious..had to go in to verify my identity for my return to be processed. The guy " helping" me, Robert M. was so pompous! Kept interrupting when I was trying to answer his questions..wanted me not to speak unless spoken to..noticed he had a copy of the 48 laws of power on his desk. That must help him make it through the day and feel important because if I was locked in a cubicle all day with no windows I would go insane. Oh and because he would not let me talk my issue never got resolved.
I had to come back for the transcript they couldn't accept me!!!!!
