Their phone customer service is absolute garbage. It just makes you hang up after going round and round for nothing. Needs people!
I filed for 2015 taxes from my job in February of March, didn't hear anything from these people. So I call to check the status of it said it was still bn processed I said ok. So in April I talk to irs they say u mailed ur copies to Madison thinking I have correct address. I said well you guys told me to mail it their cuz it states it at the end of filling online turbo tax. So they gave me this address to send copies out again Internal Revenue Service, Stop 6579Ausc, 3651 SI H35,

Austin Texas, 78741, I sent them without signing so they did mail them back to me withsticky notes and yellow highlighting to sign where they highlighted and that was in early June 2016... WHY HAVEN'T I HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM? ALL MY MINOR CHILDREN'S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS are on those documents. This is so OUT OF ORDER & BOGUS!!! Today's December 12th 2016. I want answers where's my money?
