It wasn't a bad experience. The wait was a little while, but staff was friendly and bilingual for those who need Spanish speaking help.
So you have to wait outside this place is horrible if you see a good review its from ppl who work there.
I get all my vehicle docs plus inspection this morning and drive many miles only to be met with a closure sign due to woman not showing up to work. A waste of government entity to say the least. Refer to posted picture included.
I was unable to get my license plates renewed the last two times that I went. The first time because they now close at 4, so I am unable to go after work. I only had 30 minutes to get it done during my break, but the line was too long. All three employees that were there were busy helping customers efficiently. This is a problem with management. At least one day a week have extended hours for those that can't make it and have more employees to handle the high customer traffic. Another suggestion is to not charge extra fees for doing the exact same thing online.
The ladies that work there are rude!! I saw how some Hispanic women struggled to answer the questions the ladies would ask them because they didn't know any English well I was there for a while and it turns out all of them spoke Spanish it just makes me sad that our own race would act like that and this isn't even a race thing it's just the fact of being conciderate of others how are you going to let someone struggle like that I would say they should hire other people that actually like their job as well as helping customers. And by the way they all have an attitude it sucks others have to put up with all of this! But yet again this was my personal experience and it hasn't been the first time either!!!!
