We're so excited Batch is open! We have gotten "To Go" orders several times & were finally able to dine on premises Sunday.
Our humans hosted some of our friends & their humans the other day & had the idea the night before to serve Batch. They were very nice & accommodating when our human called to inquire about an order for the next morning. [We only ordered about 10 items, and recommend calling 24 hours ahead of time for large orders.]
Kolaches are awesome (though they often run out of popular ones). Good tap selection, but an amazing can/bottle selection (at great prices). The space is great too.
Though it's still pretty warm outside & their backyard tables don't have much shade, it was a lovely time. Staff came out to make sure we had water/refill multiple times while we where there. There were lots of other pups there, and everyone was well behaved & pretty much kept to themselves/their group. The grassy area behind & beside the tables have more shade, if you'd rather have shade.
This place is amazing. They have a great selection of draft and bottled beer. The kolaches are really good and fresh. They are always making new ones even in the evening. Highly recommended!
So so good. One star off for not opening until noon, but I'll add it once I can start getting my morning breakfast and coffee fix here. The savory kolaches are on point. I don't have much of a sweet tooth but the sweet varieties looked amazing! Great selection of bottle beers and well-chosen seasonal draft list. I'll be back soon!
So yummy! The dough is perfect - buttery & light. My favorite on the menu is the brisket, pickle & Swiss. Seasonal Apple was a close second. Will definitely be back next tine we're in Austin.
Everyone really enjoyed the food. Nothing was left; the biggest compliment! Favorites are with jalapeños & the pizza flavors, so far. We're really looking forward to their morning hours, too.
