If I could give it zero stars I would. Although my first experience there was great, my last experience was absolutely horrible. I got a lash tint and lift - my top eyelashes were curled so far back that they were poking my eye. I think maybe the lady over processed them, honestly not sure, but it has been over a month and they are still not back to normal. Horrified with my treatment, will definitely not be going back.

First, I love their lobby...you walk and are immediately greeted, they offer you water or wine and they have the cutest makeup and jewelry set up for you to look while you wait.

The staff is AMAZING but Jaymee my eyelash technician was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease I took a nap while getting my eyelashes done! She explained to me what I shouldn't do and was very knowledgeable on all the products offered.
The treatment room was super clean and it was so relaxing.

Top Notch! I have been on the fence about getting lashes so I was hesitant and did lots of research. From the moment I set the appointment with Stephen to the time I walked out, I felt completely well taken care of. The atmosphere in the spa is so relaxing and decorated so beautifully. Not to mention all the goodies in the front boutique. I had to put blinders on so I wouldn't shop. The waiting area has delicious teas and complementary parafin wax treatments, which was above and beyond what I expected. My stylist was extremely friendly and professional! We had a thorough consultation and she delivered with exactly what I wanted. I was shooting for a natural look and she nailed it. She was very calm and answered all questions I had throughout the process. I will def be back for my fills and highly recommend this spot!
