It took them nearly 2 hours of trying, even my pedicure was mediocre. I left to continue shopping and had to return for them to fix my nails for the 5th time. Totally dissatisfied and they didn't even want to give me a discount for wasting so much of my time and blaming me for them messing up the first time.
So, went back because my pretty sns nails messed up. They started off saying I could replace the nails that chipped with the same color for free, so I picked the color to match the nails I already had on. Then the color didn't match.... and there was no other color that matched so I was at a lost. I asked them to just take off all the nails and I would just leave. They insisted I pay the $10 for that (when it was suppose to be free). I was super frustrated but then one of the ladies (Kathy, I think was her name) came over and was super sweet and took them off free of charge. So thank you for taking them off for me!! :)

They blamed me for my gel nails messing up so they made me get off my cell phone and I did. They attempted to fix my nails but the same thing happened again 3 more times, 3 different techs (mind you, I'm not on my phone through all those attempts). They even made me pay first after they messed up, which led me to believe they knew they were doing a poor job and feared I may leave without paying (which was the furthest thing from my mind)
my nail was still jagged after it was painted so i asked her if she would file it so it wasn't anymore, and she messed up the polish and just let me leave. in addition to there being polish all over the skin around my nails... so i paid almost $30 to get my nails done, and it looks like i painted them myself.
I have moved from San antonio need to get my nails done Tiffany is great but my nail broke and no one want to fix it so I guess I'll have to go back to San antonio they will be glad to fix not great customer service here
My nail broke today after only one week, lady was very rough and did not pay attention to detail . 50$ for solar nails and they looked like I needed a fill after two days . Nail tech was also rude , they didn't have a very big color selection neither . Definately will not be going back to this place.
