Clean, cool building with water bottle refill. Staff are courteous so be patient with them as they have to deal with bus people everyday.
At the station: Place is nice and clean enough. Chose it over greyhound as there were so much more bad reviews for Austin Greyhound station though I did not encounter them myself. Board with a system. Haven't encountered anything bad like what other reviewers said. Staff is helpful and friendly.
They do not provide a reliable service and in return, do not abide by the Refunds and Cancellations section of their Terms and Conditions. We arrived early and waited 3+ hours for a bus they said they were fixing. In that time, they did not try to update us on when to expect departure except for the time one employee lied and said a replacement bus was on the way. After waiting all this time and needing to take alternative transportation, we tried to cancel our tickets for a refund. Appalling customer service in person, over the phone, and via email lead to 'vouchers', not a refund. Vouchers to just spend the day in a bus stop with miserable employees and not go anywhere again? I don't think so. We all deserve our money back in full.

Very nice experience. All the employees were extremely helpful.
I appreciated that the Enterprise rent-a-car office was within walking distance from here (about 10-13 minutes) as I had a rental that I was picking up from there. Also, this station is super close to the Capitol building if you'd like to do a little sight-seeing. This station has functional A/C, decent, clean restrooms and adequate seating.
