Paid for a deluxe car wash ($26.99) and they didn't even wipe down the inside of my car. Will NOT BE BACK. I could have done a better job myself.
Poor service, they never properly clean my vehicles. The Burnet location is the best.
Quick, but costs you. I was immediately greeted, and bought the executive wash. Friendly and fast, until I got to my car. It's a small white old Honda and is quite easy to clean. However, my back bumper was still filthy and there were a couple of other very visible spots on the car that were easy for me to wipe off (yes. I wiped them off). There was also this milky gross liquid in my compartment below my radio. So, I paid $36 for a glorified drive through car wash. I feel robbed and am quite disappointed.
I had my work van cleaned by the guys there. It was in serious need of a deep cleaning. They did a great job. Allen, one if the managers was helpful in assisting with what I was needing.
Come here if you want your vehicle abused.
Super BAD. I've been a "vip" pass holder for over two years. Everybody at this place has a terrible attitude except for Darrin and the cashier. They consistently damage your driver side wheels when they load your car onto the conveyor track. The floor mats are never clipped back into your car properly. They move your seat to suit themselves. Armour all is sprayed all over your wheels and commonly down the sides of your car. Once they're done wiping down your car with filthy rags, you then drive off with smearing on your windows and side mirrors. I won't ever come back here ever again once my current pass expires.
