They do a solid job and I really appreciate the hand wash. Small things keep this from a 5; missed edges around trim, smear on steering wheel from wet something. The car looks good and the value is excellent. It would be a 4.5 if possible. I frequent here and those small things wouldn't prevent me from visiting again.
☆The person working the counter inside could also be polite to the people that are spending money on their services.
I usually do the basic wash on my SUV for $22, not bad. BUT today I did the executive wash for $35 and it was not worth it. I am so disappointed. The $35 wash looks exactly like my usual $22 wash, the dash/doors had no kind of polish, there is still dirt in my cup holders. It all looks like they did a light dusting!
Great place when I first used the service however. The last few times there has been some washers who do not do their job thoroughly. So check your car before leaving or you will have poor service. 3 stars because not thorough.
☆☆☆ Update: Brought the vehicle back around. Explained the shortcomings. One guy in particular really did the best he could to try and fix the mess-ups of his co-workers. I am appreciative of him for that.
Do a ok job but my 1/2 ton pickup has now become an oversized SUV?? And the prices went from below $20 to $25, this new pricing just started on my last visit and when I questioned it I was told that's the way it's always been for pickups which I find strange as I've been coming here for the last 3 years and this is the first time they gouged me for this oversized SUV scam. Plus they can't seem to clean your rims without you pointing out the places they missed and every time you go they try to "fix" your windshield that has a nic as big as a pin head and charge your insurance company. This will be my last visit it's worth the drive of a couple more miles to go to the genie Car Wash.
☆ I just received the worst $70 wash & wax. There are greasy smudges and numerous untouched areas all over my truck. Dust still on middle of hood. Roof had dry bird droppings. Tire sidewalls still had dirt that could easily be rubbed off with fingertips. Zero cares were given.
