Just wanna say I am a first time customer with tire service @ sears. Let me tell you on top of a frustrating start of my day I was greeted with welcomed help. My experience with the automotive was excellent and Shawn was my angle today not only was he attentive but answered all my questions. He took his time to get me the right help I need as well as service in a fashionably manner. Great job and a very happy camper. If you ever visit sear automotive please ask for Shawn he is the man!!! Thanks again for the great service.
A friend referred me to Sears Barton Creek Mall to have my car diagnosed and hopefully repaired in a timely manner. To my surprise, the manager Sean Guerrero and his staff not only diagnosed my car. They repaired it and had my car ready exactly when promised. It's been two months since they serviced my car and I am completely satisfied and felt it was necessary to write a 5 star review! Employees of this store are rude to me in last two times I came. Their atitude like " give me the money and leave ". They were supposed to oil change, alignment and rotate my tires. I also did reminded them at least 2 times before they took my car in. It came out my tires were not rotate. I drove all the way back and my husband told me he knew because he marked on the tires before I went out. BEWARE OF THAT, CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I WONT TRUST THEM AGAIN
I bought a new craftsman lawnmower and it stopped working after only 2 times of use . I called the store asked for the manager on what my options were she literally laughed at me as I tried to explain my situation over the phone . I asked to speak to a GM but he was in a conference call and they had no idea when he would be done. They transferred me to another manager which was worthless . They said I cant swap anything out after gas has been poured into it no matter what . They gave me a number to Georgetown farm supply or lake way outdoor power equipment . What a worthless way for customer service sears doesn't even look at their own equipment. I'm driving over an hour to drop it off for repair and both shops say it takes 2 to 4 weeks before sears will authorize them to repair after they diagnose the problem. I wish I never opened up a sears card and purchased.The service and product knowledge from salesperson was pathetic when I asked questions .Cant believe I have to go to a third party company. I'm so grateful for company's that know what real customer service is I hope sears goes under ! Would rather buy from home depot or Lowes as they have 90 return exchange policy !

I used to love Sears. The service was the best and the selection was great. It is so sad to see a great store lose its staff. It is dead in the store and you cant get any help.. Chris Smith
