Charlotte's called me to try to arrange for a delivery. They left a voicemail saying they couldn't get into my building. I called back, 2x and left a message saying that I was out of town and please don't leave any flowers for me.
The flower arrangement delivered was very different from what I ordered, smaller and much less exuberant. Feel cheated is this respect. But delivery was on time and the balloons were beautiful. My ordered was place through FTD but fulfilled by Charlotte's.
TERRIBLE service! I live in Dallas and my daughter in Austin. I have never written a review before, that's how upset I am. Here is my awful experience with this florist. I ordered BIRTHDAY flowers from Sergio on Friday morning and requested they be delivered Saturday MORNING to surprise my daughter on the exact day. I was very clear about that. I knew she was leaving at noon and was emphatically assured they would be. It did not. I know because I called my daughter at noon as she walked out her door and she said "what flowers?" Angrily, I made my first follow up call at 1:05 pm Saturday and was assured of a callback with an update. Nothing. Called again at 2:00 pm and was told they were delivered at 1:30 pm and my daughter's roommate received them. I am sure the roommate will enjoy them but my daughter won't on her birthday. Surprise RUINED and $79 WASTED. P.S. I was offered no consideration for their mistake. Nothing but a lame "sorry". Heck, I would have sent ME flowers to make up for this fiasco. I will never use Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers again of course.
They apparently got in somehow, and left the flowers in front of my door. When I got back into town 3 days later, I had dead flowers at my front door. Any of my neighbors would have realized that I wasn't home, and that isn't safe. Also, why can't they return a phone call or voicemail?
Would NOT recommend this place. Tried to send my mom flowers on a bad day and I accidentally gave them the wrong floor. I sent them the corrected floor and they still didn't deliver the flowers to her, despite being open for another 3 hours. The next day my mom finally go the flowers at lunch time and they looked AWFUL. Didn't think you could mess up flowers that bad, but it looked like they threw a bunch of random flowers together that they had left. Very hodge podge. It was supposed to be an autumn inspired bouquet... but they failed miserably.
Unprofessional. Also, I spoke to the person who ordered them for me, and they were supposed to get delivered Saturday, not the Wednesday 3 days before. Disappointed, and will never use them again.
I have used Charlotte's Fiesta for 16 years for fresh silk and holiday.Always over the top beautiful and perfect for what I need.The owner goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect and they will special order something if they don't have it.
