IF YOU WANT CITY INSPECTORS, HOA COMPLAINTS, CONTINUOUS PHONE CALLS MADE TO OWNER TO MOVE PROJECT, THEN THIS IS THE CONTRACTOR FOR YOU! Will never recommend this contractor to anyone!!! BEWARE...HE WILL TELL YOU HE HAS A CREW...NO CREW, UNLESS YOU WANT DAY LABORERS PICKED UP DAILY TO YOUR HOME WITH NO BACKGROUND CHECKS! WE LEARNED THE HARD WAY AND FOUND OUT BY ASKING THEM.
I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Jesse Alba's Remodeling, and finally after 2 weeks of having them redo everything that had done, I had to fire them and replace them with a quality remodeling contractor. From using water fittings on a range gas line, ruining hundreds of feet of hardwood flooring, and generally not knowing how to do the simplest of construction techniques -- make sure you look ANYWHERE else other than this remodeling company. I lost thousands in materials, time and more.
