I visited this store today around 1 p.m. at the recommendation of my designer. I'm in the market for over 40 cabinet pulls and knobs as well as an appliance pull. I was there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. The one customer working with the salesman seemed more concerned about me than the employee, i.e. making eye contact and smiling. The employee, however, just looked at me and ignored me. I also purposely loitered in front of a woman in her office with the door open, she too ignored me. As I was messaging my designer, the salesman actually came outside as he finished talking to the other customer, saw me sitting in my car and continued to ignore me. I can certainly find another place to purchase pulls. I absolutely would not recommend this place unless your thing is to walk into a store and throw a tantrum for assistance.
They were so nice. I was in a hurry and needed a hinge for an owl house i was msking. Laurie marchant helped me and when i told her what i was doing, she just gave me a door hinge at no cost. Very sweet. Beautiful finishings for your home as well.

Gorgeous showroom. Stunning products. My design company relies on Chrissie for so many things- door hardware, plumbing, lighting, and she is always awesome!
