This gym is awesome. They offer a wide variety of classes and equipment to meet your needs from yoga, to boxing, to strength training. I have taken several classes and most recently have been taking the 6am Weightlifting classes with Austin. They have a beginner, intermediate and more advanced option for weightlifting (and pretty much all their classes). Austin is very knowledgeable and is excited to share what he knows with his clients. He is positive, encouraging and a great coach to anyone trying to learn to lift heavy things and improve strength. He has great energy, especially for a 6 am class. I am learning a lot and enjoying it! I highly recommend Ignite Fitnez!

I really love this gym. First it just has a really great layout with all the right equipment. A full array of free weights and racks so you can always find the space and equipment you need. Never too crowded. Plenty of stretching mat space as well. A good variety of fun exercise classes from yoga to kickboxing. Most importantly is the friendly atmosphere of the place (both the staff and members.) It's like a community gym. The staff are all great, welcoming and helpful.

Was in town visiting for a Powerlifting meet at UT Austin and needed a place to train for the evening. Decided this place over other gyms because (1) A friend recommended it, (2) it was close to our hotel and we arrived later than expected and just needed to train. We got to the gym at 7, they close at 9 and we had to fork over a $25 drop-in fee. That wasn't cool, but we reluctantly paid and was allowed to use the facility. The gym was great, overall, with a very clean environment and provides an atmosphere conducive to traditional powerlifting training despite clearly catering to Olympic weightlifting & CrossFit. We trained for 2 hrs and left and the only gripe was the ridiculously high drop-in fee. I didn't want to complain to Patty (who seemed to be the only one working) because she clearly wasn't authorized to lower the fee due to being so close to closing time ... Or maybe she was. Either way, I won't be training here if/when I visit Austin.

I've been going to Ignite for over a year, and I've never had to wait for a power cage or bench. They have a glute ham raise machine, chalk, a deadlift bar jack, Olympic lifting platforms... pretty much everything you need to get stronger. Parking is plentiful. The equipment is in great shape. It's the best gym I've ever lifted at, hands down.

This gym is awesome! I tried the women's weightlifting class and I loved it. The owner is super nice and involved. It's a little community here and so welcoming!! I definitely recommend this place.
