I've been twice and both times they were rude and wouldn't talk to me and both times they left my nails looking worse than they did before. Couldn't apply an even coat to save their life and it's apparently impossible to get every nail the same shape let alone same length. They don't deserve the good reviews they've gotten I've had 2 abysmal experiences
I went here for the first time this week and the service was awesome. they did my sns nails just how I wanted them. The color and nail shape was perfectly shape. I will definitely be going back here.
I wish I had had a better experience because a lot of my friends love this place. I just went in today to get my old dip powder nails removed and then to get a simple manicure with regular polish. It is a $10 charge to remove old dip powder nails, which I personally think is really steep considering all you have to do is soak them. But I paid because I didn't want to ruin my nails trying to do it myself. The removal was quick and painless. The manicure was below average, two people switched off painting my nails because they both had other appointments. The thing is that I said the first available person could do my nails, I waited a good 25 minutes, and they still chose to put me with not one, but two people that couldn't give my service their full attention. They both visibly rushed my manicure and my polish was thick and bumpy. I asked to have it fixed and the girl working on me seemed extremely annoyed. If they had just put me with one available person and taken their time, I wouldn't have had to make them fix it. Probably won't be going back to this place. Uncomfortable experience overall.
I came for a mani and pedi, the pedicures have different options. I did a jelly pedicure and I brought my own nail polish. They set a timer for the massage which was slightly lacking in the strength I'm looking for. Felt like just going through the motions. I had a shellac manicure and it was a little sloppy. Took her several coats to get it right and even then it had imperfections. Overall I'll go back but try a different person. Very quite with multiple TVs playing movies and local news. Nice drink selection and a short wait for a walk in when they seemed to be quite busy.
it has been a few weeks since i got a pedicure here and my nails still look great- no chips or anything! i came on a weekend morning shortly after opening and they were already pretty busy. they were able to take me in right away and get started on my pedicure. I liked that they had alot of different color option. Water temperature was good and the service was great too. i left there with really soft feet and perfect toenails. the lady that worked on my feet was super friendly and really took time getting to know me. Communication was great and i was very pleased with her work. i will definitely be making my go to nail salon.
