As a first time client I started out loving this place, but after the owners were cold to me the other times I went was enough to make me STOP coming. I loveee Joseph and Joan, they were so friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to feel comfortable with them. The owners would never give me a warm greeting or compliment me when I was finished with whatever service I had done. My first visit I noticed some purses for sale, For the most part they looked real but after I looked closer at the Tory Burch purses did I notice that they were a total FAKE! I then asked Cris (the owner) if ALL the purses were real and she said yes. I was there with me friend and she couldn't believe that she lied like that to a customer. I only give this place a star because I can only write a review without it. Stay clear of this place unless you want to go somewhere with careless owners, who treat you different after the first time, like your business isn't worth their time anymore.
I love this place,it's clean,organized and people are friendly. I especially recommend Pedro,he is amazing,my hair was exactly how I wanted,he cut it and colored it. I totally recommend him,I'll be going back all the time.
Too expensive
This place is amazing! Tamara is the sweetest ever! Pedro cut, colored, and styled my hair and I absolutely love it! Chris is also amazing, my daughter has VERY curly hair and I've had a hard time finding someone to do her hair, the look is now over after meeting with Chris! I highly recommend Dolce to anyone and everyone.
I need more stars to describe my love for this place. Ladies, if you have ever wanted hair that is longer and you keep telling your stylist and it never seems to happen, go see Cris! My hair is healthier, more beautiful and so much longer than I thought it would grow (most of the way down my back!!!). One of my friends hadn't seem me in a few months and she was very surprised at how long my hair had grown. Ok. Cris rocks! She has taken the time to learn about what is in the products and is passionate about working with the best products for your desired results. Listen to her hair-care tips, they work serious magic! She is amazing at what she does and is lovely too, interesting, fun to chat with. I've also had my make up done and looking great! Her staff rock and if I can't get in to see her (as in I am booking late and have an event where I need to look amazing but no flexibility on time), they have taken great care of me. Best salon in Austin!
