Helpful and knowledgeable staff that will get interested in your flooring project and make good suggestions when you need them. Just be aware that you will have to go to the tile outlets yourself to pick up the flooring, but they will order it for you and get you the contractor price (or better) for the goods (which can come out to as much as a couple dollars per square feet less than ordering it yourself thru the outlet showrooms)
