I am a customer that shops online for car and home insurance. However, I made the mistake to support local businesses, I want to say "wrong choice." When I went to the office they seem like they care about my business, but they truly don't. I can't believe I pay $120 in office and insurance fees. BAD, BAD, They never return phone calls or emails. I definitely don't recommend this insurance agency.
This agency just informed me that they just have too many customers to give individual attention to each one. this was in response to my asking why they didn't notify me that my personal home insurance was being cancelled. i have several policies there now, which i will be moving to another agency that can handle things better than to just take an order on the phone, charge an extra fee (on top of their commission) and then forget about you.
