My most recent experience went a bit too far. I parked in the overflow parking, which should cost $7 per day. Was there for 4 days... $28, right?

They made zero effort to contact me, which could have been done through the credit card that I used to pay. I'm just happy that my wife checked the statement. Imagine how that conversation started... Why did you spend $1,000 at the airport?!

Nope! $1,001.00!!!

Hopefully, I can convince someone in this operation to actually act and provide proper customer service.

My plane arrived past midnight and my car battery was dead (parked in the long term surface lot). In 5 minutes got a jumpstart free of charge

You may think it's convenient since its at the airport, but the time you spend waiting to get a shuttle on your return flight is horrendous. Save time and stress by using one of the many different parking lots that aren't run by the airport.

Ridiculous!

I can only think this is a scam based on it occurring to us twice and based on how they referenced that "we always make everyone pay" and you can get your points back". I now have 90,000 reward points with this service that I now can only assume I'll never be able to use without being scammed to actually pay. I travel at least twice a week and work with a company of about 200 that also travel on a regular basis. I will definitely be ensuring that my work force seeks alternate parking solutions.

HORRIBLE Experiences and Extremely DISORGANIZED operation and scamming people out of money . I have now been cheated out of money by the valet service TWICE. The first time for $80 and the second time for $108. On both occasions I had redeemed reward points that I had collected through extensive work travel. I had an email confirmation of the reservation and the deduction of my points from my account, but on both occasions was told that their "system" was not working and I would have to pay. After, being told that my car would be held hostage unless I paid, and it wasn't their problem that the reward system wasn't working; I was forced to pay large amounts of money to get my car back when I would have never parked there if I did not have the points. The supervisor was extremely rude to myself and my wife. I tried to calmly explain this was the second time this has happened and it makes no sense that we should pay again for their issues and mistakes, all while he was yelling at his staff to take our car back. I had proof the points had been deducted, and he could have easily given us our car and resolved the points issue with their Parking Perks department. Instead he would only say that "Everyone pays" and he didn't care what the right thing to do was.

Shuttle is frequent and fast enough. Rate is OK ($7/day at Lot D). Signage is quite confusing but it helps to have attendants flagging drivers to the open lot(s). The most AWFUL experience is the pay booths. DO NOT USE the left two pay booths. Apparently they are for CREDIT cards only, no debit cards, and not for the ABIA tickets. Two times now I have seen several cars trying to back out of those lanes because the machines do not work. ABIA, please get rid of those two lanes! Meanwhile, use the human-lanes to exit.

I've had a few bad experiences with the pay booths here.
