Very convenient hotel close to the airport. Recommend staying here before an early flight, but not for any other reason. Free shuttle to the airport every half hour starting at 4:30am. Decent restaurant in the lobby but nothing special.

Stayed at the Springhill the night before and it was way better. Rooms looked nicer, breakfast was better and free, didn't get to drink a cup of coffee cause I am not paying Starbucks prices for coffee at a hotel. Coffee maker in room didn't work. Stayed at a Marriott for 270 nights so far this year. Springhill is by far the better deal.

During Hurricane Harvey, my husband's company sent us to this hotel. It was a bit frantic time, and I have two large dogs that I wasn't going to board during the storm. We called Courtyard and they assured us, they not only accept, but love pets. I was leery, of course and was stressed until we got there. They put us on the first floor right by the side door where there was plenty of green space for the dogs to do what they needed to do. We were there for a week, and I did not have one negative experience---everyone was overly friendly from the front staff, to the people working the cafe. The last day we were there, we received a little gift in our room (see picture) that had homemade cookies in it, an apple, popcorn, and sweet note about returning home. The idea that they went out of their way to make us feel like we were home was touching and I couldn't think of a better place than home to be stranded.

I have been driving past this place weekly, for over 4 years. There is still a super, duper, creepy abandoned building in front of it that is borded-up, and has had people living in it from time-to-time. It needs to be demolished. I wouldn't feel safe staying next to it.

So far. Not so good. I had to listen to doors slamming from next door and across the hall. Parties in both rooms. This was at late at night. I gave them until after midnight and it continued until well after I called the front desk three time. Now, I'm just waiting until the neighbors pass out from alcohol consumption and fall asleep. It's 1 am.
