I love this place! I have been a customer for about 5 years now - They are great when it comes to all my many questions and treat you like you are their top concern -- I have had a horrid history with endocrine issues from thyroid to adrenal & all in between & Tom helped me as I was stressing out and trying to understand my new medications & how they would interact together - As I went thru my pregnancy they (Crystal is BEYOND Amazing, ask her anything & she will have answers, especially when it comes to anything pregnancy related) were a savior and always had the answers I was searching for -- I hands down recommend this pharmacy to all & I promise you I have tried out A TON of pharmacies all thru out Austin as well as Los Angeles
The staff at Austin Compounding / Apothecary Shop have always been super-friendly and eager to help any time I had a problem, and today I had a wonderful customer service experience with Cassie that I just couldn't keep to myself. There had been some trouble sending/receiving e-scripts, and Cassie was so kind, patient, competent, and helpful in working with me and my doctor's office in getting the problem resolved. It was such a relief working with Cassie because she completely went out of her way to help me, and I really got the feeling that she SINCERELY CARED. I am so impressed and appreciative of the level of service and care that I received from her, and the time that she took with me and the doctor's office to make sure my issue was resolved. It's nice to know there are still companies that earnestly value their customers...and Austin Compounding is DEFINITELY one of them.
Fantastic pharmacy. The staff is always nice and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Tom and Crystal are fantastic at helping me find the right supplements for me.
Austin Compounding Pharmacy is the best. They have deep expertise freely and go above and beyond to find answers when I need them. I get my pets' medications there as well, and they always seem to know what medication is best compounded with which cat-approved flavor. Plus their prices are better than others for compounding, which I appreciate.
I have been a customer with Austin Compounding Pharmacy for 4 years now. The service I get from all of the employees is without compare. I live half a block away from a Walgreens and a CVS pharmacy...but i will take the 15 minute drive to Austin Compounding every single time I have a need for a pharmacy. I always find a smile from Tory(the cashier) and very good medication advise from Tom(pharmacist). I will take me business NOWHERE ELSE FOR LIFE!!!
