if you go on time then you will wait 30minuts in lobby for the nusre to com ,then you will wait more then 40minutes to docter to show up.
the schedule people is not good,if you go 10minuts late they will not accept you or they reschedule you.
today I had appointment for my son 02:20 pm .I waited 37 minutes for nurse to come . the nurse took us to the patient room then we waited for Dr .Thant to come. he did not come until 03:45 pm . I asked the nurse,hey I am waiting 02:59 pm .what is going one? the nurse told me. there is one patient before you ,I asked her I came 02:15 pm .how on other patient is before me ? I became upset and I left with out check up. I said how the person who came after me and you check her before me?yet they not apologize for that , so I recommend Dr.Thant to no one .don't wast your time on him,but Dr.Hasland is better docter ,she always come on time.
I had my appointment at 1:20 pm came 20-30 minutes early to check in. Seen other people get called in first than me but I was here before them. Waited almost to 2 hours to get to a room then I still had to wait other 30 minutes to wait for the doctor, ended up leaving around 4. Other than that excellent staff. Just quite the wait...
They Could use a lil work on keeping my scheduled appt times and not make us wait so long but all in all they make sure we are taken care of....
I had the worst dental front disk experience today. I came late 6 minutes and they gave my appointment right away to someone else even though I have waited for this appointment for 2 months. And I'm just wondering they never had waiting list!!!! They didn't even call to see what happened to me, like hoping I'll be late to give it to someone else.They made me wait for an hour to see if the next patient didn't show up to let me in, but they didn't even tell me to not waist my time on waiting because the other patient showed up. The lady who works in the front disk was very very very rude not even heard why I was late.I'll never go there again.
Thats a good to go if you dont have a doxtor
