This is a very well run park. Bry and Salem are two of the most welcoming and accommodating people I have met. I booked a week and stayed a month.
100% would recommend to anyone on vacation in the Austin Area! It was an amazing price for a cute little cabin perfect for my sister and I, we could have even fit two more people if needed! The showers and toilets were a pleasant surprise! We were expecting like camp ground bathrooms, but they were individual bathrooms about 10 or so bathrooms each with a shower, toilet, and vanity sink. Very clean and private. Being two young women we were happy to have felt very safe our entire stay, there was never a moment we felt unsafe! The Price is amazing, Cabins are cute, Bathrooms are clean, and Staff is friendly. Not to far from down town, and is not to far from new braunfels either! I will 100% stay here again if I am in the Austin area.

Really nice restrooms and showers the whole park is amazing! The traffic trying to get in and out of the park is a pain. One way two lane high way.
We stayed one night to break up the trip back home from Mustang Island. The customer service making the reservation over the phone and while face to face checking out was unfriendly and very uninformative. The office closes at 12 noon on Saturday. How odd is that? Thus the reason for a 3 star rating. Other than that the park is pretty big but has several full timers in the park that doesn't do much up keep on the trailers or their spot. Another reason for a 3 star rating. On a good note the cabins look to be kept up well. The shower house has individual rooms with a toilet and shower! The dog park is very clean with water bowels, turf ground with a white rock perimeter, toys, baggies and benches. My dogs loved to run around and let out some energy. They laundry room was clean, the outdoor pool was clean but small and had a grill. There was a small park area and a gathering area for families. The spots are gravel but pretty level. The spots also have trees and bushes separating most spots and a picnic table that needed to be updated.
