The prices aren't bad for the area.
$50 a night to camp in your own travel trailer?! This is not what RVing is supposed to be about. Austin area is gouging prices and it makes me sick to see. This place is NOT a resort by the way.
I looked at all the parks in the area and this was the only reasonable place I found around lake Travis.
He likes to act childish and hang up on you when he doesn't get his way. So all in all,good location, UNHELPFUL and horrible site manager.
Most people that live here work so it is quite and clean.
the sites are not arranged close to one another - they are off at odd angles, with many trees.
The manager is cool as long as you keep your place clean and pay on time. There is no staff around trimming trees for you and doing your yard it is the woods.The RV sites are random and not just one next to the other. This is not a resort it is more like a deer leese property, quite.
If your RV is lengthy, it will get scratched and torn from the sides,as the tree branches are way too long and not even maintained by the management. Make sure you check your meter periodically, as the manager will want to overcharge you and belittle you when you make a complaint.
monthly rent is low, his old rv is the nicest looking one there.

If you like living in the woods this is a nice place. Plenty of wildlife and very dark at night.

The manager, Adolfo,turned quite rude and even hung up on us when we requested our security deposit. However,the park is quiet and Lakeway is beautiful,but it just needs a new manager. It does get very dark in the evening,since there is no lights in the park.
