Lots of top notch restaurants and other businesses, especially Via 313, and JuiceLand!! Im giving only 3 stars because of the shady "bar" that is also in the shopping mall. Ive heard nothing but bad things about said bar. I'd avoid it if possible. There are many other watering holes in the neighborhood!!
This local shopping center has turned into a regular weekly visit, as they now host several fine casual restaurants and an excellent bakery. I'd like to see if develop even further, and perhaps lobby for a traffic light just south of William Cannon: it can be hard to enter the center crossing William Cannon.

Not too bad of a shopping center. My family only goes here since Via313 pizza, which we LOVE, opened. There is a bakery a few doors down from it that we tried once. It was okay.
Terrible parking lot. Via 313 is pretty good plus they supported Houston after Harvey... big plus for charitable work! They also gave my wife a free shake for being pregnant so they greased the wheels on this review turning in to a Via 313 Pizza ad. VIA 313 Pizza! The best pizza in the entire shopping center!
