We have been using American Travel Services Travel expertise for 10+ years now. We love to Travel, each year we take at least 2 planned vacation, one international and one domestic. We have always relied on American Travel Services, they have never let us down. There was an instance when I had to call him in the middle of the night from over sees to find alternate routes. He had stayed with me on the phone to reassure and reconfirm the trip. The personal touch that he provides us is incomparable to on line ticket purchase. We have been with American Travel and will be.
Very RUDE and disRespectful. He hung up the call and said sorry we do not serve this type on customer!! He hung up the phone when I was talking!!! In the middle of my explanation. This is very ruuude. He talked in a bad way and offensive me indirectly. He keep saying you can search about the flights online!!!

Every time I tried to search for a flight from Austin to San Juan Costa Rica the page returned an error. If their website does not even work, I'm sure their travel services don't either. Come on, guys!
I have been using American Travel Services for all my domestic and international flights for over 10 years and I can't even begin to calculate the amount of money they have saved me during that period. Very good about finding the lowest rates available but also honest about what those low rates mean (cancellation penalties, change of date fees, etc.). Always helpful in determining the best deals and the cost/benefit ratios involved. Very happy with the results.
I went there to talk with him and discovered that they only open with an appointment. Thats fine and Acceptable but being disrespectful is not acceptable.
