This is the 1st time we worked with her, but will be the last. Pretty bad business and service.
4. We asked her to change the flight schedule as we had agreed back in May, but she acted like she tried to help us for not get charged for changing the flight schedule (duh! She should find the other flight that meet our requirements since we had paid extra money since the beginning)
5days before the departure date, we contacted Kieu for the confirmations, and she told us our flight had been cancelled, and she already changed our new flight schedule. We will be waiting in the transits on the way back to the US for 9 hrs. supposed to get back to Austin at 11:41pm, but changed to the following day at ~ 5am. We were so disappoint at the way Kieu’s handling this situation:
1. She did not notify us when the flight was cancelled
5. She never say sorry for her mishap
We booked the tickets for the roundtrip to Vietnam in mid of May of 2017 (our departure date is 3rd week of October, 4 months in advance). We paid extra money for not waiting too long in the transits for both ways (departure and coming back to US).
3. I sent her an email, but she did not respond, I had to call her and left a voicemail for the follow up
2. She did not consult with us for the new flight schedule regardless we had paid more $ already from the beginning
