Had the al pastor tortas and horchata (not pictured). They were AMAZING! I wish I looked up earlier that the staff didn’t speak english though! I will have to learn more because I am definitely coming back!
Stopped by and bought some pan dulce. Not the greatest selection and variety but the items they do have are good. The prices are a little higher than other panaderias in the area.
This place used to be really beautiful, but now it looks awful. Changed the gorgeous yellow textured walls to a lurid bright flat orange and blue. Got rid of the awesome wooden bakery cases and put in metal ones. Got rid of the beautiful wooden menu and counter top put in cheap metal ones. Looks like s@#¡ it's such a depressing interior now like no one in the establishment gives a damn any more. The only menus they have now are MOLDY paper in a plastic sheath. Seriously? Y'all don't care enough to not have a moldy menu? Why?! Haha usually people make improvements, I don't get it. Anyway food is still great, same menu choices as before. Just sadder now.
This place is absolutely amazing! Real, authentic mexican food and panaderia (bakery). It tastes so fresh and homemade. Seriously, it's a hidden gem!
Loved this shop. Discovered it during a weekend trip to Austin. Visited it again at least two times again during the same trip. As soon as you walk in, you catch the smell of the fresh pastries.
