So once i was able to order I had ordered a side salad ahead of my entree yet i didn't receive it until my food came. Then they serve me old hard potatoes..

Came to Austin for an audition and found this place on my way home. I had the tamales I was surprised about the Tofu and sunflower seed one but it ended up being my favorite. I do think you get a lot of food so the lunch price wasn't too much of an issue. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options and the strawberry lemonade was delicious.

Mr. Natural is a nice little restaurant conveniently located a short drive from Zilker Park. Being from Houston (which is strongly lacking in vegetarian cuisine), it’s always lovely to easily find vegetarian restaurants in Austin. They have a variety of dishes mostly with Mexican themes, like tacos and enchiladas. Even my boyfriend who is definitely not vegetarian liked the food. The servers were very nice and welcoming. They did seem a bit scattered when it came to taking orders and serving the food but we had an overall pleasant experience. They also have an assortment of baked items like muffins and pies which were also very yummy.

So to not cause a seen I later called back to express my feelings as a customer to the manager who's name is Oscar.. He told me he knew that I was going to pull the " because your black" card because he felt my energy... The only energy he should have felt was the poor customer service since he was one of the individuals who kept walking past me as if I weren't there.. He also stated that I had no right to feel that way because everyone else had great service and were happy..

Absolutely amazing little place. The food was very delicious and they had quite an interesting selection of food. They had not only your regular selection of food but they also had plenty of other pastries, cookies, drinks, and other miscellaneous items to consume. All in all, great place to visit, I would recommend it to anyone.

I had the Mexican pancake and could tell that everything was homemade. Loved the corn tortillas. My husband had the Popeye omelet and enjoyed that a well. Luckily we had a Groupon so it made it a bit more affordable.

Word of advice you never tell a customer that they don't have a right to feel a certain way about customer service because you gave great customer service to other patrons in your cafe Oscar. I wasn't look for free food I was simply looking for a great experience and wonderful food that I never received

A little pricey but definitely good food. The coffee was fantastic but they don't allow refills ($2.95 per cup!)

Let me start by saying I had received by far the worst customer service ever. It literally took 15 minutes for someone to come to my table oh wait thats because I had to flag one of them down after they kept walking past me and wouldnt even look in my direction.
