Boy did I make a mistake by choosing this branch. I came in with a simple question about my direct deposit, and they treated me like I was inconveniencing them. Maybe it's because they're used to college kids, but the folks in this branch are really impatient and rude.
Avg service. Parking can be a hassle.
This branch is very clean and nice. The staff is friendly and polite. The only issue is that they usually don't have enough people working and it takes a while to be helped.
The ATM is a bit scary though, as there are occasionally people asking for donations right there. The fact that someone approaches me on purpose while I have my wallet out for another purpose doesn't make me feel too comfortable.
I have been to this branch ever since it was still a Bank One branch. The customer service is always outstanding.
