I have been a member with the Platinum monthly charge of 49.99 4 over 5 years I have always been satisfied with the service and quality but mainly due to one employee her name is Leo but in the last year-and-a-half quality and policies have declined greatly to the point I cancelled my service plan but then I decided to give them another chance after speaking with their manager, well I regret signing up again and will be permanently canceling my membership the staff is very childish and retaliate because I request Leo since she is one of very few employees that do wonderful detailed clean work although Leo being the best when Leo is not there they refused and ignore my truck at least 8 cars went by completely dried and out the door while my truck sat alone in front of the line 4 45 minutes when at one point there were no other cars waiting to be done I brought it to the manager's attention he said they know better than to touch your truck because you always request Leo I informed him that that was not acceptable when in fact everybody knows Leo is not in on Wednesdays it is her day off plus the receipt is placed on the outside body of the vehicle when they park it for them to read it to see what plan the truck is to be washed and detailed 4. and if you request a spectacular person they write the name on to the receipt I explained to him it is their responsibility to look at each and every car and receipt for these particular details and that some of the staff when I greet them and say hello good morning they just shrug their shoulders and face and keep walking you tell me that's not resentful this place was outstanding , a Five Star Plus place to get your car washed but in the last year-and-a-half has declined to crappy uncontrollable employees that act like children what a shame and the fact that they now have to share all tips due to the fact that Leo carries everybody and Leo got requested by 80% of car wash members so now instead of Leo benefiting from her hard work everybody benefits from her hard work and ethics I thought this was America but this is just b******* .
Used to be a pretty acceptable place to get a quick wash. Have always used their unlimited wash deal. Lately they have cut back on the quality of service by making all their workers pool their tips that are then distributed by the manager. This means tips are now part of income and are taxed. Resulting in mass exodus of employees. Now no one hand dries your car any more after you drive it out. Except for when you chose one of the fancier wash packages. Pretty disappointing since I have been with them for quite a few years.
I used to love bringing my car here to get it detailed. They would always leave it spotless inside and out. However, the last 2 times I brought it in I have been very disappointed. There was still visible debris on the carpet that they supposedly vacuumed. There were watermarks and dust on the exterior even though they were supposed to towel dry my car. I had to finish cleaning my car myself after leaving this place. Definitely not worth the money I spent there. This happened twice maybe 2.5 weeks apart. Don't think I'll be going back.
I, own 2 dodge challengers and a unlimited platinum member $100.00 per month for both. I go to mister on research blvd for one reason only and that is to have Jonathan to detail my challengers. Marc Santiago needs to learn how to manage and accommodate a customer's request. I will now consider another car wash and spend my 100.00 per month on a dealership that is more considerate .
They do the best job here, inside and out. The front of my car was furry, it had so many bug bodies stuck to it. I had driven through some kind of bug storm a few days earlier. It took a little extra time, but they got them all! My car is no longer textured and spotted.
