Excited to leave this review. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a wash and vacuum, I was up sold to an interior detail and wax. After an hour I checked in with the guy who checked me in and he said it usually takes a couple of hours because they are so thorough. After waiting over two hours nothing had been done to my car but an initial pass with the vacuum. I had somewhere else to be, so asked for a refund, and left. If you are going to up sell, you better deliver.
Love coming here to get my car a nice wash, they pay very close attention to detail and make sure that the job gets done right! The staff is great to work with and they keep it comfortable and easy!
Pull up for an oil change and wash. I usually just go to the Lexus dealership but didn't have time to schedule it. There was an advertisement for $39.95 for oil change and wash, so I figured I would just do that since it's about the same price as my dealership.
The guy inputting my information into the computer in the bay asks me to get behind his computer and enter my info for him. This was interrupted by a tech nearly driving another customers car into the pit. Wow. OK, so he talks me into synthetic oil, figured there would be a slight upcharge from the standard oil change but no. It's an additional $40! Why am I paying the $39 which includes oil but paying an additional $40 for synthetic. Walked out of there with a $111.00 bill on a wash and lube that should have been no more than $50.
I went here because my mom recommend it to me. I wanted to just get my SUV washed. I got more than I expected.
This is a great place to get a quick car clean up. It's not being hand washed so there maybe something that will need a little extra attention after, but it's not a bad option if you're in rush or simply don't want to do it yourself. Lube shop guys are great too. If you don't want extras just make that clear when you pull in. They are of course going to ask you to upgrade or add extras. It's a business.
They knocked $10 off. Not happy with this experience.
