Great flower arrangement! Just tell the designer what "feel" of the arrangement you would like and they will deliver! Went the modern route and it was excellent!
My little sister had a baby yesterday and I wanted to send her something awesome. I've used Cowgirls & Flowers for business purposes several times over the past few years and was pleased with the results each time. This time I got to see the two arrangements that I asked them to deliver (one was from my sister's best friend) in person and they were gorgeous!! They were very different from each other and she loved them both. I highly recommend this shop.
This is the VERY BEST flower shop for sure in Austin, and likely in Texas! The staff is friendly, warm and talented...the best and most unique arrangements you'll find anywhere! They are a delight to work with and will accommodate even someone as uneducated about such things as myself! Thanks to everyone there for always being helpful and just plain nice!!
I haven't been to their store since they sold me over $100 worth of wilted flowers for my partner in 2005. I never wrote a review but since I was searching the internet for a nice place to shop for flowers in austin, I had to voice my opinion. On Valentine's day of 2005 i ordered a dozen roses that I had delivered for an outrageous delivery price. The flowers were delivered and they were wilted and by the time she brought them home. I called Cowgirls and Flowers the next day as my partner was home late that evening. When I called the florist, they advised me that I should of taken them back immediately or refused them when they were delivered. The flowers were delivered to a bank lobby and my partner did not get them until later in the day. I am assuming that flowers wilted the day after is supposed to be her fault or mine according to Cowgirls and Flowers who refused to take their flowers back, re-deliver fresh flowers, or offer a refund. I used to order flowers from them at least 2 times a year. Their flowers are expensive, so you expect excellent quality flowers. I stopped ordering from them after that day. I get my flowers from Central Market nowadays. I get a nice vase, and I have somebody deliver them for me. It saves me over $50 and I get nicer if not more beautiful flowers than Cowgirls and Flowers has to offer. I do not recommend this shop and I advise all to STAY AWAY.
I've been using Cowgirls & Flowers for at least 10 years but likely more like 15+ years. They always have wonderful suggestions in flowers and plants for my many occasions. I will continue to use them -- they're like having a florist in my family. Matter of fact there's an occasion this next week that I will use them for! Thank You Cowgirls & Flowers.
