This is one of the greatest hidden gems in Austin. The flowers are beautiful and live a long time. You cannot beat the prices and the value for the service is extraordinary. I love this florist, and my wife loves that I found it.
Unorganized, irresponsible service. They left flowers, that were sent by my girlfriend on Saturday at the leasing office and never notified anyone that the flowers were delivered. But delivered to whom? To me? No, they were not delivered to me...And then when my girlfriend called on Sunday to find out what is going on of course they were closed. The flowers were sitting at the leasing office until Tuesday morning because they only told us where they left the flowers at the evening on Monday (when the leasing office was closed). If you are an immigrant and don't speak English as well as don't understand how business works here, don't open a 'business' or whatever you nonsense is called.
The owner here followed up with me to help prevent what happened to me from happening in the future, so extra star for caring about customer feedback and actually doing something about it!
